WiiCraft 0.8.2a - Major changes! Minor version.

Boy this was a big update for me. I have gotten the lag down quite a bit and it now runs at a smooth(ish) 30fps almost all the time.

3/14/16 - 0.8.2a "Alpha"

  • Added option to read debug file. (fstream)
  • Fixed pause menu that was commented out.
  • Set "1" to show debug info ingame. "2" to hide it.
  • Removed some code that seemed to be useless.
  • Added help menu.
  • Added 3 map sizes: 16x16, 32x32, 64x64 (broken for now).
  • Changed the way map sizes are handled (broken for now).
  • Cleaned up menus. Fixed the clearing when changing to new menu.
  • Using wiiuse.h for some button mappings.

I also have decided I will just include the source code for every version. It will save possible argument over the license.

    I can't seem to find the 0.8.2a version of the files?! were they copied to the share?

      Hello! I apologize for the difficulty finding the file. In the link above there are a few folders. One is named 0.8.2a.

    I intend to develop it more, but I lost the files due to a recent hard drive change and will need to get them back and re setup my workspace before I can continue.

    Is there still a demand for this to be developed? I wouldn't want to spend time doing it if there wasn't enough demand for the game.

      Please d'ont left us we can be a little groupe but if you upgrad it and make wiicraft just like minecraft I'm sure you will be famous we are in 2019 but I'm sure there are people who actually play wii

      Ps: I'm still playing and I'm waiting for updates

    He is definitely not the only one, I'm sure others (including myself) would love to have something like this. I still use the console daily (just recently purchased just dance 2017) Thank you for the great work/effort thus far.

    I've got to confess I have not touched this in ages. I hope to jump back on it eventually but the development environment is not very good.

    Still interested too. This website was not easy to find anyway, because of the Wii U version of Minecraft Google led me to.

    I don't know if is a problem of my Wii or else but when I launched the game all I can see is a black screen with flickering FPS and position, is there any way to solve this?

    Hola, mira se que hace demasiado tiempo de esto pero creo que usted deberia continuar con esto o algo parecido y probablemente seria un proyecto famoso se otros intentos de minecraft para wii como woxelcraft pero terminan abandonados no abandones este mucha gente queremos minecraft version wii.
